Matt | Associate
With over 20,000 hours of C-suite leadership, coaching and behavioural change experience, Matt is perfectly positioned to help leaders and managers grow and unlock all of their personal and organisational potential. Beyond leadership, Matt has a series of distinctions in his postgraduate work on behavioural change and is currently researching the role of emotional intelligence, connection and embodiment in successful individual and organisational change programs.
He has worked with a number of the world’s most known global brands, top-rated companies in Financial Times industry reports and organisations excelling in the Investors in People Awards, as well as Olympic medallists.
Neil | Associate
Neil has led and contributed to a variety of strategic talent/people programmes. For example, created and implemented development and culture change interventions, restructures, commercial transformations, new HR structures, performance management frameworks and talent management strategies.
He has worked with Royal Mail, Travelex, Tesco, Primark and ASOS, to name a few, and has a number of accreditations including team effectiveness coaching, Hogan, TA 101, Strengths Scope, MBTI Accredited (OPP), Level A and Level B (SHL), Accredited, Performance Coach (Lane 4), NLP Foundation Certificate, PRINCE Project Manager, Change Management and Communications.
Ciara | Associate
Ciara is a productivity strategist and author of three highly successful books. Staying focused is more challenging than ever, especially with the distractions of working from home thrown in the mix for many of us. For over 10 years, Ciara has worked with leaders and their teams helping, them to recognise how their subconscious mind is limiting their potential. She teaches that when conscious choices are made, and habits and rituals created for high performance, you can become a better leader and a happier person.
Lorna | Associate
Lorna is a coaching psychologist; her areas of expertise are emotional intelligence, mental toughness and flow. Lorna has over ten years of corporate experience and has presented and published her research at international conferences on emotional intelligence and its impact on reducing work-related stress. Lorna’s most recently published paper was on the work she completed with female mixed martial arts fighters and her findings on mental toughness.
Andy | Associate
Andy has over thirty years’ experience of leadership in global organisations and specialises in working on initiating and leading transformational change in a world where technology, demographics, climate change, globalisation and politics are having an unprecedented, interconnected impact.
Andy has a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Behavioural Change from Henley Business School and is a Director of the Association for Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision (APECS), the professional body for executive coaching and supervision to corporate organisations. He is a qualified chartered accountant and has held various board-level roles leading global teams within companies such as Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank and Fidelity International.
Jen | Associate
Jen (LLB MAaPPCP) works as a psychological coach and corporate trainer. Through her research with Irish government ministers, international businesses and sporting leaders, specialising in vulnerability and psychological safety, Jen is passionate about supporting her work with empirical evidence.
Jen has also spent the last decade working in Europe, Russia and Asia with non-native, English speaking, C-suite executives, government officials, diplomats, and actors, where she leverages her vulnerability research to optimise their communication, performance, leadership and impact. Other areas of work and research interest include self-efficacy, imposter phenomenon, resilience, cognitive flexibility and optimal performance.
Declan | Associate
Declan is an experienced performance coach working in the areas of leadership and team development. He also has expertise in the areas of performance under pressure and resilience. Declan has spoken for and delivered training and coaching interventions for organisations such as the Royal Air Force, KBC Bank Ireland, Bank of Ireland, the Law Society of Ireland, AIB, the Irish Management Institute and the Executive Institute. He also supports elite sportspeople and is a Player Development Coach with the Gaelic Players Association (GPA).
Lily-Jo | Associate
Lily-Jo is a published author, counsellor and coach. As a previous trauma counsellor, she specialises in mental health for all ages and has founded a non-profit organisation to support mental health for all levels of education and the workplace.
