Primark | A global ‘One Team’ approach across visual merchandising

With a global reach that stretches across 15 countries with over 370 stores, Primark needed to ensure a consistent approach across all of their visual merchandising teams to collectively strengthen their brand image and visual impact. RP Global were chosen to collaborate with Primark on a new initiative to bring together the entire global Visual Merchandising team in their strategic vision.

Key objectives to the success of this initiative were to:

  • Create a one-team approach between the Visual Merchandising Managers and the central Visual Merchandising teams across all countries with one way of working.

  • Support retention and build for the future.

  • Provide development of management and leadership skills, enabling Visual Merchandisers to partner with retail colleagues at a senior level.

  • Introduce best practice collaboration techniques between countries and teams.

  • Raise the profile of the Visual Merchandiser role as a career internally and externally.
